Sale

Appointment of a solicitor

It is sensible advice to appoint a solicitor to represent you in the sale of your property because complications can arise. We will assist in the negotiations. More importantly we will prepare your capital gains tax returns and negotiate who pays what.

  • Copy of the Escritura (Title Deeds)
  • Copy of the latest Impuesto Sobre Bienes Inmuebles (IBI) receipt (Real Estate Tax).
  • Copy of your last Spanish Income Tax Declaration.
  • Copies of all utility service bills.
